The views to the interior garden were lovely. the room was soundproof and stylish. - the bed was lovely with hypoallergenic pillows. - the location was marvellous, with a market and great stores within walking distance.

Staff are very friendly, funny, and helpful. The location is grea right next to the train station. Freidrechstrase is one of the nice streets in Berlin.

The location was marvellous, only 5 minutes walk to Museum Island. The property was close to the train station. The breakfast was excellent with great omelettes, fresh juices plus sausages, we loved everything.

We truly enjoyed the hotel and Berlin, had 4 amazing days there. The location was marvellous and incredible, just next door to Berlin train station and the s-bahn or u-bahn.- Really good and pleasant staff at the reception desk, and nothing was trouble for them.

The room I booked was spacious, clean, and included amenities like tea and an extra bed; it was conveniently located near a subway station.

Wir wurden an der Rezeption überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Weil kein normaler Raum mit KIng Size bed zur Verfügung stand, erhielten wir ein Upgrade für eine Junior Suite. Das war wirklich super-nett!

Wir hätten gerne im Hotel gefrühstückt, aber der Preis war einfach zu hoch dafür! Schade!

Great location if you're a shopper. While breakfast in the hotel is expensive, there's a place called Estate Coffee down the street that has good coffee & a yummy breakfast. The triple glazed windows really kept the noise out.

The view from the window was of the railroad tracks. House keeping had a unique idea about what "clean" means. They returned towels that I had left on the floor to the rack. One of them was soaking wet and had clearly been used to wipe down the bathroom. And, one day the bathroom stunk of pee after the housekeeper left (It did not smell like that before he arrived). The concierge desk is just a place to rent a car, bike, or segway. I was unable to get any help at all there, including for a question as simple as the opening hours of the in-house sauna.

The hotel was relaxing and fairly clean. Outstandingly accommodating staff at reception desk.- Loved our superior king room with a great shower.- The location to a cathedral and a tower is marvelous.
